Biography

Vladan Radosavljevic developed, formulated, and published: 1) Radosavljevic's urinary screening of biomarkers of chemical carcinogens; and 2) the Radosavljevic-Belojevic method of epidemic differentiation.

He graduated in 1991, specialized in 1995, and received his doctoral degree in epidemiology in 1999 from the Medical Faculty of the University of Belgrade, Serbia. From 2003 to 2010, he served as Head of the Department of Epidemiology and Deputy Director of the Military Institute for Preventive Medicine in Belgrade. From 2010 to 2020, he served as Head of Military Preventive Medicine at the Ministry of Defense of Serbia.

In 2020, he moved to the Institute of Epidemiology of the Medical Faculty of the University of Belgrade, Serbia, where he currently works as an expert epidemiologist. He was a professor of the Biological Weapons course at the Military Academy of the University of Defence in Belgrade and a research associate for the Epidemiology course.Since 2015, Dr. Radosavljevic has served as a United Nations expert on biological weapons under the United Nations Secretary-General's mechanism.His current research focuses on implementing “Radosavljevic's urinary screening of biomarkers of chemical carcinogens” in the medical prevention of malignant and other noncommunicable diseases, as well as in epidemiology.
